From Mondays-Thursday Php 10,000.
Holidays and weekends Php 12,000.
Good for 15 persons. Pay extra if beyond 15.

How to get there?
From northbus terminal, ride a bus/minibus/van going to Sogod. Tell the busboy to drop you at Summer House Sogod. It is just along the way!
