              Negros Oriental or Eastern Negros, is a province in the Philippines located in the Negros Island Region. The primary spoken language is Cebuano and the predominant religious denomination is Roman Catholicism. 

Dumaguete City is the capital which is also known as “city of gentle people”,, seat of government and most populous city of the province. The province's topography is characterized by low, grooved mountain ranges of which some lie close to the shoreline.

Tops (Top Hills-Busay Cebu)

                   Cebu is one of the cities in Central Visayas that is known for many beaches and Restaurants. In fact based on the survey, Cebu is one of the most visited tourist spots in the Philippines. Many foreign and locals visit Cebu to find grandeur experience.

                   One of the know highland attraction in Cebu is the Top Hills. It is located in Busay Cebu. The place is best to ease your stress. Cold winds will greet you while you are on your way to Tops. You can see the overlooking view of the entire city. 

During night, citylights will cascade your heart’s desire and will mesmerize you.

You can bring foods there and have picnics. But, if you don’t have personal vehicle to use while going to Tops, it’s better to bring yourself and just buy foods there for your convenience.

Entrance fee is 100.

How to get there?

JVR Island In The Sky

How to get there?

If you from Cebu City, go Ayala Terminal. Ride a van bound to Balamban-Asturias. Tell the driver to drop you in JVR since it is just along the highway. Fare is just Php 120.

You can also side trip: Cafe adventure, west 35, and Canso X.

                   From Southbus terminal, you will ride a us bound to Dalaguete-Oslob and tell the bus boy to drop you off in Poblacion Dalaguete near their Plaza. From there, you will ride a motorcycle to get you in the peak.
