Top Hills, Busay Cebu
Cebu is one of the cities in Central Visayas that is known for many beaches and Restaurants. In fact based on the survey, Cebu is one of the most visited tourist spots in the Philippines. Many foreign and locals visit Cebu to find grandeur experience.
One of the know highland attraction in Cebu is the Top Hills. It is located in Busay Cebu. The place is best to ease your stress. Cold winds will greet you while you are on your way to Tops. You can see the overlooking view of the entire city.
During night, citylights will cascade your heart’s desire and will mesmerize you.
You can bring foods there and have picnics. But, if you don’t have personal vehicle to use while going to Tops, it’s better to bring yourself and just buy foods there for your convenience.
Entrance fee is 100.
How to get there?
If you are in the city, ride any jeepney going to SM Cebu then, ride 04L and tell the driver to drop you to JY. From there, you ride habal-habal (motorcycle) to bring you to Tops.

Fare : From SM to JY Php 7
From JY to tops: Php 75-80
Top Hills Enrance Fee: Php 100
